  36. ComicSetter (is this still supported?) might be useful.  It was 
  37. specifically for this purpose.  An older version was included on the 
  38. cover of CU Amiga with a small manual about two years ago.  Perhaps 
  39. someone else here can tell you about how easy it is to use.
